If you’re headed to Cancun for an upcoming vacation, then consider yourself lucky. The Mexican resort town offers some of the most beautiful sand, water, and beaches in the entire world. Seemingly best of all, Cancun is a short flight from many spots in the United States — allowing you to enjoy a world-class beach vacation without traveling halfway around the world.

In fact, the millions of Americans that visit Cancun each year have created a booming tourist town with dozens of resorts and hotels for you to choose from. There are so many options that making your decision can be difficult.

For some people, small perks can make all the difference. Case in point: shuttle transfers from the Cancun airport. Some hotels offer transfers as a perk for your to stay with them. Others will help you arrange the shuttle so that you don’t have to worry about doing it on your own.

Below, we have rounded up dozens of hotels in Cancun with shuttle service to/from the airport. Some hotels even offer this service for free. This isn’t meant to be a complete list, but something to get you started. Our list focuses on hotels in the popular “hotel zone.”

Independent Airport Transfer Services & Cost
Before we get too far, if a hotel you are interested in doesn’t have a shuttle to the airport or that transfer shuttle seems too expensive, you should know there are a number of companies that offer transportation to local hotels. For most cases, these cost about $10-15 per person each way. So a couple traveling would expect to pay about $40-60 round trip for a shared shuttle.

Below, we’ve listed details on each hotel’s service. We’ve also included links to TripAdvisor so you can read hotel reviews. Please note that the information listed below can change without warning. Be sure to confirm with the hotel.

Temptation Resort Spa
Guests booking through partner RCI receive complimentary airport to hotel transfers. If you didn’t, then you can still arrange transportation through the hotel’s preferred partner (Aventour) for $95 round trip. This price is a per-vehicle basis.

Royal Cancun | Royal Sands | Royal Caribbean | Royal Islander
Guests with Royal Resorts (which includes several resorts in the hotel zone) are offered a ride through Thomas More Travel. The rate is an affordable $22.50 per person round trip for service between the airport and hotel. That’s for a shared shuttle with other passengers. There is also private service available.

Hotel RIU Cancun | RIU Caribe | RIU Palace Las Americas
RIU Resorts offers a number of hotel options in Cancun (and other places in the Caribbean if you are inclined). One exciting perk is if you book through RIU.com, you can get free round trip transfers to your hotel. This includes all the company’s hotels in the Cancun area, but you must have a 3-night minimum stay.

Sunset Marina Resort & Yacht Club
While not included for free, the Sunset Marina Resort website does state that it offers transportation to the airport for an additional fee. It’s one of the few things not included in the all-inclusive package.

Dreams Sands Cancun Resort
One of the major all-inclusive resorts in Cancun, the Dreams Sands resort offers shuttles through Amstar. There are both private and shared options available, with the shared option costing a reasonable $24 per person round trip.

Hyatt Ziva Turquoize
The Turqoize is considered a resort within a resort. It’s the adults-only section of the Hyatt Ziva. If you stay in the Turquoize section, then private transfers are included in your stay with a 4-night minimum. To our knowledge, if you simply stay in the Hyatt Ziva section of the hotel, then no transfers are included.

Le Blanc Spa Resort
For guests staying at least five nights, you can get free included shuttle transfers between the hotel and airport. To qualify, you’ll need to email the hotel and let them know your itinerary. Guests who don’t stay this long can still use independent shuttle services to get back and forth.

Sunset Royal Beach Resort
In the heart of the “Hotel Zone,” this high-end hotel unfortunately doesn’t include airport transportation for free. However, it is listed under “services available at additional cost” on the hotel’s website.

Grand Residences Riviera Cancun
Among the amenities and services offered at this high-end resort are a welcome gift of tequila, cooking classes, wi-fi, and “premium round trip transportation” between the hotel and airport. If you do decide to use their transfer, you’ll need to send your arrival details at least 48 hours before you get there.

Panama Jack Resorts Cancun
According to the resort website, guests can “arrive in style” using Panama Jack’s luxury airport transfers. The transfer includes a staff member waiting for you at arrive and transport in a private vehicle. To sign-up and for more details, you’ll need to contact the resort directly. You can also simply use a third-party transport service if you choose.

Hyatt Zilara Cancun
If you don’t want to deal with the hassle of booking a transfer through a third party, or if you simply want to arrive in luxury, then then you can use the e-concierge at Hyatt Zilara. They offer private round trip transport in a luxury SUV for up to six people at a price of $165. Booking is available through the hotel’s website.

Moon Palace Cancun | Sun Palace | Beach Palace
Palace Resorts operates a number of hotels in Cancun. If you decide to book through their website and stay for five nights or more, then you can get free round trip transportation from the Cancun airport. You’ll need to input your flight details when booking or email the resort to setup your complimentary shuttle service.

Occidental Tucancun
As an all-inclusive, the Occidental offers loads of entertainment and amenities (not to mention food!) with your stay. Airport transfers aren’t included but the hotel can arrange transportation for an additional charge.

Casa Turquesa
While details on the website are scarce, Hotel Casa Turquesa does list “Airport Shuttle” as a service offered. Other services include wireless internet and dry cleaning. If you are interested in a smaller hotel, then this might be just the thing. The hotel has only 30 suites compared to hundreds of rooms for some resorts.

The Ritz-Carlton
The name Ritz-Carlton is synonymous with luxury. For the Cancun location, that luxury extends to the shuttle service. The hotel offers a round trip to the airport for $150 per vehicle. That’s pricey, but the van service can hold up to 7 passengers. So if traveling with a larger group, it’s not a bad deal at all.

Secrets The Vine Cancun
Like its sister resort — Dreams Sands — Secrets The Vine offers shuttles through Amstar. However, there doesn’t seem to be a shared shuttle offered. Instead, the cheapest option we saw was a private shuttle, costing $114 for a round trip for up to four people.

Hard Rock Hotel Cancun
The Hard Rock Hotel offers an all-inclusive stay, but shuttle service isn’t included in the price. Still, you can contact the hotel via email or call to get details on how much the service costs. What’s convenient is that the charge is simply put on your hotel bill, so you don’t have to worry about payment as you arrive.

Oleo Cancun Playa
Among the cheapest paid service available, the Oleo hotel offers transportation from the Cancun airport for just $20 per person round trip. That’s even cheaper than many traditional shuttle companies. You can book the transportation through the hotel website and have a shared transfer waiting as you arrive at the airport.
